TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Contracts are entered into and orders accepted only upon and subject to these terms and conditions of Business. All other terms are hereby excluded unless expressly accepted by Wishing Well Studios Ltd in writing.

ACCOUNTS

Satisfactory trade references must be received before a credit account may be opened, if new to business or no references are supplied a £500 credit limit will be applied. Wishing Well Studios Ltd reserves the right to consult whomsoever it considers necessary for the purpose of Trade References and will record information in respect of such opinions which will be made available to other businesses for the continuing assessment of credit risk. Wishing Well Studios reserves the right to suspend trading with the customer if in the opinion of Wishing Well Studios Ltd there is a material deterioration in the customer's creditworthiness or their inability to comply with these terms. Wishing Well Studios Ltd reserves the right in its absolute discretion to insist upon payment at any time by way of cleared funds or security for payment notwithstanding any subsisting agreement to provide credit to the customer.

PAYMENT

Payment is due to Wishing Well Studios Ltd 15 days from the end of the month. Where any part of an invoice is queried by the customer in good faith the amount in question may be deducted but the balance of the invoice must be paid in accordance with the foregoing terms. In the event of any invoice becoming overdue for settlement, we reserve the right to demand immediate payment of all outstanding invoices on the account(s).

TITLE

Goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of Wishing Well Studios Ltd as legal and equitable owner until such time as the customer shall have paid to Wishing Well Studios Ltd the price for the goods, together with the full price of any other goods supplied. The Customer acknowledges that it is in possession of the goods solely as Bailee for Wishing Well Studios Ltd until such time as the full price thereof is paid to Wishing Well Studios Ltd with the full price of any other goods supplied by Wishing Well Studios Ltd, until such time as title to the goods shall pass to the customer. The customer’s rights to possession of the goods shall cease if he, not being a company, commits an act of bankruptcy or enters into an arrangement or composition for the benefit of his creditors or if it, being a company, does anything or fails to do anything which would entitle a receiver to take possession of any assets or which would entitle a receiver to take possession of any assets or which would entitle any person to present a petition for winding up. Wishing Well Studios may for the purpose of recovery of its goods enter upon any premises where they are stored or where they are reasonably thought to be stored and may repossess the same.

ORDERING & DELIVERIES

All prices shown are subject to Vat; prices, terms and carriage relate to UK Mainland only. Goods are not sold on sale or return. Claims for shortages, damages or non delivery must be made in writing within 7 days.
